At a meeting on 15th April 2026, three Wynyard residents agreed to take on the responsibility for the Management and Care of the Book Hut and its contents.

With the financial support of the WRA, they are committed to restoring the facility to its former ‘welcoming’ condition.
Initially, there is basic work to be done, but their contribution should be recognized quickly as further improvements are made.
Graham, Pixie, and Bob deserve the thanks and support of the Wynyard community.
