Councillors John Gardner and Vanessa Sewell have continued to follow up with Simon Milner at SBC regarding the condition of the road surface on the A689.
Mr. Milner has confirmed that the matter is in hand and that the A689 will be closed both ways overnight on Saturday and Sunday to resolve the matter.
Progress is being made on the repairs to The Wynd.
