Hartlepool Emerging Local Plan

Hartlepool have a DRAFT emerging local plan.  This will sit over the top of the Wynyard Neighbourhood Plan and our plan is required, by law, to comply with and not contradict the Hartlepool plan.  For this reason it is important for Wynyard residents to look at the emerging Hartlepool plan and make representation to the council over matters they disagree with or indeed any that you may wish to strongly support as positive feedback is also important.

Representatives from Hartlepool Council gave a presentation to Grindon parish Council on Thursday 9th June, this is attached here – LP PO Public Presentation
