Wynyard Garden Village Vision Statement

The Vision Statement covers the Hartlepool part of the Garden Village only. HOWEVER, all land currently designated as Wynyard under the HBC and SBC local plans are included plus further land, including woodland already demolished without the relevant planning permission but is designated under this document for development. ALL existing residents will be subject to the Garden Village ethos and future development.

Wynyard is set to expand to cover 6800 homes.
