Summer Play Days Survey

Have you filled in your form?  If you have children aged 16 or under or have children who come to you for the holidays, please fill in the survey.

WRA are trying to assess demand for a summer play scheme, 1 day in each of the 6 weeks of the local authority school holiday.  This would be run by a qualified play leader with support from appropriate DRB checked adults.
