Hartlepool Rural Plan post submission consultation

The villages surrounding Hartlepool have produced their own neighbourhood plan.  It is ready for submission to the government inspector and is out for final consultation.  This does not impact on Wynyard, but is of interest as it does cover improvements to the A19 junction with the A 179 near Hart Village.
Please look at this and pass any comments back.  The plan is available on the Hartlepool council website at https://www.hartlepool.gov.uk/hartlepoolruralplan .  The plan is out now and is available until 17th April 2017 when consultation will close.
