Neighbourhood Plan

The neighbourhood plan is progressing.  As part of the evidence gathering Stockton Borough Council gave a document which is the rationale behind their planning and what sites they are likely to develop (or not) and why.  A cut down version of this document is available for residents to read, follow the link to the SBC Demand and Topic paper
